AJAX København Basketball was one of 37 clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during BMS Herlev Cup 2021. They participated with two teams in Boys U19 2003/04 Invitational. Two teams played until in Gruppespil; Boys U19 2003/04 Invitational 2 won over Næstved by 51-49 but Boys U19 2003/04 Invitational 1 lost against Gladsaxe Basketball Klub by 42-51.

In addition to this, AJAX København Basketball have participated in BMS Herlev Cup before. During BMS Herlev Cup 2020, AJAX København had one team playing in Boys U19 2002/03 Invitational. The team in Boys U19 2002/03 Invitational made it to the the Placeringskamp 5.-6. plads in A-slutspiland won it over Skovbakken Bears Academy by 71-61.

AJAX København comes from Valby which lies approximately 11 km from Herlev, where BMS Herlev Cup takes place. The area around Valby does also provide 30 additional clubs participating during BMS Herlev Cup 2021 (Among others: BMS Herlev, SISU Basketball, Malbas, Virum Basketball Klub, Malbas BBK, Glostrup I.C Basketball, Jonstrup Basketball Klub, Hørsholm 79’ers, sisu and Hørsholm).
