Aabyhøj was one of 37 clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during BMS Herlev Cup 2021. They participated with three teams in Girls U13 2009/10, Girls U15 2007/08 and Girls U17 2005/06 Invitational respectively. Two teams played until Semi final in A-slutspil; Girls U15 2007/08 lost against Malbas F07 by 16-25 and Girls U17 2005/06 Invitational lost against Hørsholm Hørsholm 79ers by 29-46.

In addition to this, Aabyhøj have participated in BMS Herlev Cup before. During BMS Herlev Cup 2020, Aabyhøj had two teams playing in Girls U13 2008/09 and Girls U17 2004/05 Invitational respectively. The team in Girls U17 2004/05 Invitational made it to the the in Gruppespiland won it over Brønshøj Dragons Basketball CPH Future 17 Dame by 43-42.

Aabyhøj comes from Åbyhøj which lies approximately 150 km from Herlev, where BMS Herlev Cup takes place. The area around Åbyhøj does also provide four additional clubs participating during BMS Herlev Cup 2021 (Skovbakken Bears, Aabyhøj Basketball, Horsens ic and Bears Academy).
