Åbyhøj was one of 54 clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during BMS Herlev Cup 2024. They participated with two teams in Girls U11 2014/15. The team in Girls U11 2014/15 made it to the the Semi final in A-slutspil, but lost it against Falcon Basketball 2014 gul by 15-42.

In addition to this, Åbyhøj have participated in BMS Herlev Cup before. During BMS Herlev Cup 2023, Åbyhøj had 5 teams playing in Boys U11 2013/14, Boys U15 2009/10 - Mester (Elite) , Girls U15 2009/10 - GP (Not Elite), Girls U15 2009/10 - Mester (Elite) and Boys U13 2011/12 - GP (Not elite) respectively. The team in Boys U13 2011/12 - GP (Not elite) made it to the the in Gruppespiland won it over Falcon Basketball 1 2011 black by 29-15.

Åbyhøj comes from Åbyhøj which lies approximately 150 km from Herlev, where BMS Herlev Cup takes place. The area around Åbyhøj does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during BMS Herlev Cup 2024 (Stensballe Sharks, HIC, Harlev basket, Åbyhøj Basket, Bears Academy, AGF BASKET, Åbyhøj IF, Aabyhøj Basketball, Skovbakken Bears and Hic Ungdom).
