Aabyhøj Basketball was one of 54 clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during BMS Herlev Cup 2024. They participated with four teams in Girls U17 2008/09 Invitational, Girls U15 2010/11 - GP (Not Elite), Girls U15 2010/11 - Mester (Elite) and Girls U13 2012/13 respectively. Two teams played until in Gruppespil; Girls U15 2010/11 - GP (Not Elite) won over Falcon Basketball 2011 sort by 36-19 and Girls U15 2010/11 - Mester (Elite) 2011 won over Falcon Basketball 2011 gul by 43-28.

In addition to this, Aabyhøj Basketball have participated in BMS Herlev Cup before. During BMS Herlev Cup 2023, Aabyhøj had two teams playing in Girls U13 2011/12 - Mester (Elite) and Girls U13 2011/12 - GP (Not Elite) respectively. The team in Girls U13 2011/12 - GP (Not Elite) made it to the the Final in A-slutspiland won it over Falcon Basketball 1 2011 black by 20-15.

Aabyhøj comes from Åbyhøj which lies approximately 150 km from Herlev, where BMS Herlev Cup takes place. The area around Åbyhøj does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during BMS Herlev Cup 2024 (Stensballe Sharks, HIC, Harlev basket, Åbyhøj Basket, Bears Academy, Åbyhøj, AGF BASKET, Åbyhøj IF, Skovbakken Bears and Hic Ungdom).
