In addition to Skovbakken Bears, 6 other teams played in Girls U15 2006/07 Invitational. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Skovbakken Bears could be found in Group A together with Hørsholm 79ers Basketball P07 and BMS Herlev.

Skovbakken Bears continued to A-slutspil after reaching 1:st place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Hørsholm 79ers Basketball P07 with 0-20. In the Final, BMS Herlev won over Hørsholm 79ers Basketball P07 and became the winner of A-slutspil in Girls U15 2006/07 Invitational.
