In addition to IK Eos, 11 other teams played in Boys U19 2006/07 Invitational. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof IK Eos could be found in Group B together with Falcon Basketball 2006, Gladsaxe Basketball Klub and SISU.

IK Eos continued to A-slutspil after reaching 1:st place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against NSBU with 38-45. In the Final, NSBU won over Falcon Basketball 2006 and became the winner of A-slutspil in Boys U19 2006/07 Invitational.
