In addition to ALBA, 20 other teams from 3 different countries played in Boys U15 2010/11 - Mester (Elite) . They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof ALBA could be found in Group E together with Hvidovre Basket, Hic Ungdom and SISU Basketball.

ALBA continued to A-slutspil after reaching 2:nd place in Group E. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Roskilde basketball with 26-47. In the Final, Roskilde basketball won over Malbas P10 Svart and became the winner of A-slutspil in Boys U15 2010/11 - Mester (Elite) .
