In addition to NSBU, 11 other teams played in Boys U19 2006/07 Invitational. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof NSBU could be found in Group C together with Falcon Basketball 2007, Stenhus Basketball College and Trelleborg Pirates.

NSBU made it to A-slutspil after reaching 1:st place in Group C. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Falcon Basketball 2006, which they won with 66-55. Thereby NSBU won the entire A-slutspil in Boys U19 2006/07 Invitational during BMS Herlev Cup 2024.
