In addition to Trelleborg Pirates, 20 other teams from 3 different countries played in Boys U15 2010/11 - Mester (Elite) . They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Trelleborg Pirates could be found in Group A together with Falcon Basketball 2011 gul, Malbas P10 Svart and Malbas.

Trelleborg Pirates continued to A-slutspil after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Værløse Basketball Klub with 33-50. In the Final, Roskilde basketball won over Malbas P10 Svart and became the winner of A-slutspil in Boys U15 2010/11 - Mester (Elite) .
