In addition to the two SISU teams, 10 other teams played in Girls U13 2012/13 . They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof SISU 2012 could be found in Group C together with Trelleborg Pirates, Gladsaxe Basketball Klub Lundehus Alliance Danmark Mester and Hørsholm 79ers P13.

SISU 2012 continued to A-slutspil after reaching 1:st place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against BMS Herlev with 15-25. In the Final, BMS Herlev won over Roskilde basketball club and became the winner of A-slutspil in Girls U13 2012/13 .
