BMS Herlev made it to A-slutspil after reaching 1:st place in Group A. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Hørsholm 79ers Basketball with 52-65. Thereby BMS Herlev finished second in Girls U19 A-slutspil during BMS Herlev Cup 2024. BMS Herlev also participated in Girls U19 2005/06 Invitational during BMS Herlev Cup 2023.
