Hillerød was one of 54 clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during BMS Herlev Cup 2024. They participated with 5 teams in Boys U11 2014/15, Boys U13 2012/13 - Mester (Elite), Boys U15 2010/11 - GP (Not Elite), Girls U11 2014/15 and Boys U13 2012/13 - GP (Not elite) respectively. The team in Boys U15 2010/11 - GP (Not Elite) made it to the the 1/8 Final in A-slutspil, but lost it against Glostrup by 39-50.
In addition to this, Hillerød have participated in BMS Herlev Cup before. During BMS Herlev Cup 2023, Hillerød had 6 teams playing in Boys U13 2011/12 - Mester (Elite), Boys U15 2009/10 - Mester (Elite) , Boys U15 2009/10 - GP (Not Elite), Boys U13 2011/12 - GP (Not elite) and Girls U13 2011/12 - GP (Not Elite) respectively. Two teams played until in Gruppespil; Boys U13 2011/12 - GP (Not elite) lost against HBBF Vespas U13 by 16-29 and Girls U13 2011/12 - GP (Not Elite) lost against Bramfelder SV Black Mambas by 10-31. Hillerød comes from Hillerød which lies approximately 22 km from Herlev, where BMS Herlev Cup takes place. The area around Hillerød does also provide 36 additional clubs participating during BMS Herlev Cup 2024 (Among others: BMS Herlev, ALBA, Værløse Basketball, Glostrup, Virum Basketball klub, Stevnsgade D 2012, SISU, Stevnsgade Basketballklub, Hørsholm 79ers and Gladsaxe Basketball Klub).
