In addition to BK Amager, 21 other teams played in Boys U13 2009/10. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof BK Amager could be found in Pulje 4 together with BMS Herlev Hvid, Hørsholm 79ers 2010 Hvid, Falcon Basketball 5 orange 2010 and SISU 2009-Rød.

BK Amager continued to A-slutspil after reaching 1:st place in Pulje 4. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Hillerød/Værløse Hvid with 38-52. In the Final, SISU 2009-Hvid won over Hillerød/Værløse Hvid and became the winner of A-slutspil in Boys U13 2009/10.

BK amager also participated in Boys U13 2008/09 during BMS Herlev Cup 2020. They reached the 1/4 Final in Boys U13 A-slutspil, but lost it against Falcon 1 Gul 2008 with 35-36.
