They participated with 8 teams in all categories except Girls U17 2005/06 Invitational and Girls U19 2003/04 Invitational. Two teams played until Semi final in A-slutspil; Boys U17 2005/06 Invitational lost against BMS Herlev by 51-59 and Boys U19 2003/04 Invitational lost against Falcon U19 by 63-66. In addition to this, Gladsaxe Basketball Klub have participated in BMS Herlev Cup before. During BMS Herlev Cup 2020, Gladsaxe Klub had 6 teams playing in Boys U11 2010/11, Boys U13 2008/09, Girls U11 2010/11, Girls U13 2008/09 and Boys U17 2004/05 Invitational respectively. The team in Boys U17 2004/05 Invitational made it to the the Final in A-slutspiland won it over BMS Herlev by 87-61. Gladsaxe Klub comes from Søborg which lies approximately 3 km from Herlev, where BMS Herlev Cup takes place.
