In addition to Skovbakken Bears, 17 other teams played in Boys U13 2008/09. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Skovbakken Bears could be found in Pulje 4 together with Stevnsgade Basketball, Falcon Basketballklub Sort 2009 and Glostrup Basketball.
Skovbakken Bears made it to A-slutspil after reaching 1:st place in Pulje 4. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Sisu 2008, which they won with 33-31.
